after the most recent elite update, i personally i believe that a few elites should have been changed that weren't. here's my list. what's yours?

Quick Shot: You shoot an arrow that moves twice as fast that is unblockable and always lands a critical.
5e 1/4 activation 5 recharge

Signet of Midnight: You are blinded and all of touched target foe's skills are disabled for 10 seconds. Target foe is interupted if they are activating a skill.
1/4 activation 30 recharge

quick shot doesnt need 3 perks considering its energy and recharge. maybe twise as fast and either critical or unblockble.

Vow of Strength:attacks deals __% more damage to foes suffering from bleeding, dazed, or DW(maybe cond+hex but any condition is ridiculously easy to meet)

Dragon Slash: If Dragon Slash Hit you Strike for +_ damage, Foe's Adjanct to that foe will be hit for _ Damege and you gain a Strike of Adreline for all Adjanct Foe's.

psychic instability:
change to "interrupt target foe's action. if target foe is casting a spell, that foe is also knocked down for 3 seconds. (50% failure if fast casting is 7 or lower)" 5e 1/4c 12r

Considering the very nature of the blood attribute line, I don't understand why a life-stealing elite like VwK is on rit but not necro. I was looking forward to the last big update changing Ravenous Gaze into something like VwK.
